One of the many embryos that resulted when we mixed male and female gametes from common starfish, Asterias rubens.
The small dots with a tail are sperms that swam around. The whitish dots in the cells
are probably chromosomes, or maybe the spindle poles that pull apart the chromosomes
during cell division; only my guess though. I assume this is how we all looked once ;-)
